World Paella Day 2026: 12 countries, a grand final at La Marina de Valencia and fans who cheered every paella like a football final.

My job was to stay close to all of it and tell the story of the day through its people: chefs holding their finalist diplomas, fans from around the world, faces just before the verdict.
